Experience a gastronomic evening of refined Cantonese flavours with a special collaboration between Michelin-starred Executive Chinese Chef Leung Yu King of Summer Palace, Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong and our very own Executive Chinese Chef Keith Yeap of Shang Palace, Kuala Lumpur.

For two exclusive evenings only, 29 & 30 August 2025, indulge in a meticulously curated 6-course Chinese Set Dinner, where time-honoured Cantonese techniques meet regional flair. From pristine Hong Kong-style seafood to bold Peranakan infusions and delicate double-boiled desserts, each dish is a tribute to culinary artistry at its finest.
