Launch of the ASB Tun Ismail Ali Center of Excellence

The Asia School of Business (ASB) is delighted to invite you to the launch of the ASB Tun Ismail Ali Center of Excellence (TIACOE), in conjunction with the school’s 10-Year Anniversary!

As a newly established research center endowed by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), TIACOE is dedicated to advancing thought leadership and impactful research in the fields of monetary and financial economics.

We are honoured to welcome Nobel Laureate in Economics (1997), Professor Robert C. Merton, as our distinguished keynote speaker.

This special event commemorates the legacy of Tun Ismail Ali, the first Malaysian Governor of Bank Negara Malaysia, and marks the beginning of a new chapter in fostering academic-practitioner exchange through conferences, seminars, and public lectures led by the Center.
