We’re bringing together two culinary creatives — Chef Chatri (Moxy) and Chef Azmi (Marriott) — for a 6-course dining experience that’s all about style, substance, and serious flavour. From Sea Urchin Cod to Black Garlic Wagyu, each course is paired with elegant wines from Frescobaldi, one of Italy’s most iconic estates.
