DESCRIPTION:这是一个为期 4天、30小时 的密集基础训练。 \n我们将透过练习、个人故事、即兴与团队合作，认识 Playback Theatre 的核心精神与实践，并培养聆听、同理、自发性、团队合作与创造性表达。 \nThis 4-day\, 30-hour intensive workshop introduces the foundations of Playback Theatre through experiential learning\, personal stories\, improvisation and ensemble work. \nDevelop your skills in deep listening\, empathy\, spontaneity\, collaboration and creative expression. \n你将学习｜What You’ll Explore\n体验 Playback Theatre 四个重要角色： 说故事人 Teller｜领航员 Conductor｜演员 Actor｜乐师 Musician \n并练习不同的 Playback 演绎形式，包括： 流动塑像 Fluid Sculptures｜一对对 Pairs｜转型 Transformation｜三段落故事｜Stories \nYou will also explore the philosophy\, principles\, history\, applications\, rituals and ethics of Playback Theatre. \n课程内容依据 Centre for Playback Theatre 的培训路径设计，并与第一阶 Core Training 核心训练的基础技能与价值观相衔接。 \n谁适合参加？｜Who Is It For?\n无论你是第一次接触 Playback，还是希望重新扎稳基础，都欢迎参加。 \n特别适合对表演艺术、说故事、教育、团体引导、助人专业及社区工作有兴趣的朋友。 \nWhether you are new to Playback or looking to strengthen your foundation\, you are welcome. \nEspecially relevant for those interested in performing arts\, storytelling\, education\, facilitation\, helping professions and community work. \nPlayback 的学习不止于一个基础工作坊。 这是进入更深入学习——演员、领航员、乐师、团队与故事核心等——的第一步。 \nCome with curiosity and a spirit of play. 从一个真实的故事开始，学习聆听、回应，并与人连结。 \n谁是带领人？｜Meet the Facilitator谢尚斌 Shangbin｜新加坡 Singapore \n谢尚斌是一名独立剧场表演者及 Playback Theatre 一人一故事剧场实践者。自2014年起参与剧场与舞蹈演出，并于2016年开始接触 Playback Theatre。    \n2017年，他加入由 Michael Cheng 组建的中文 Playback 团队，后来发展成为中英双语的好久不见剧团，尚斌也是创始成员之一。  \n多年来，他持续跟随不同 Playback Theatre 前辈学习，累积超过 650小时专业培训。2024年12月完成第四阶 Playback Theatre Leadership 培训。 \nShangbin is a Singapore-based independent theatre performer and Playback Theatre practitioner. He has been involved in theatre and dance productions since 2014 and began his Playback Theatre journey in 2016.In 2017\, he joined a Chinese-language Playback group initiated by Michael Cheng\, which later evolved into the bilingual Long Time No See Playback Theatre\, where he became one of its founding members.Throughout his journey\, Shangbin has trained with senior Playback Theatre practitioners and accumulated over 650 hours of Playback Theatre training—well beyond the 270 hours typically completed by a Leadership graduate.He completed Level 4 Playback Theatre Leadership training in December 2024.
