DESCRIPTION:Ching-Shan Chang’s Echoes of Eight Decades celebrates the NTSO’s 80th anniversary through beloved Taiwanese folk melodies. Chopin’s Piano Concerto No. 1\, written shortly before he left Poland\, captures youthful aspirations and a poignant farewell to home. Tyzen Hsiao’s The Angel from Formosa evokes the warmth and spirit of Taiwan\, while Rachmaninoff’s Symphonic Dances\, his final major orchestral work\, reflects a life shaped by exile\, memory and faith. \nThe concert is led by internationally acclaimed Taiwanese conductor Tung-Chieh Chuang and features Malaysian pianist Vincent Ong\, the first Malaysian finalist and Fifth Prize winner at the 2025 International Fryderyk Chopin Piano Competition. DESCRIPTION:大概也只是太想要繼續了解自己。 \n閱讀女性文字的時候，總是能夠感受到暢快和愉悅。即便我們擁有的家庭背景、教育機會、文化環境是截然不同的。但唯有同為女性——也正因為是女性——在情感與命運上才能夠是彼此互為鏡像的複雜關係。 \n而《那不勒斯》中，艾琳娜如此坦率細膩地述說女性一生的內心旁白——自卑、崇拜、嫉妒、不甘、困惑。望向好友莉拉，羨慕這位天才女友的天賦、野性。艾琳娜於是緊緊握住手中唯一的，「我有她沒有」的恩典——受教育的機會，渴望著她的重視與關注。也因為有了參照，她們將彼此看作是自己難以企及，卻又不願割捨的，生命本該擁有的可能性。 \n《那不勒斯》如此好讀不費力，甚至就像在聽他人說起隔壁街的八卦一般。圍繞著這個小城區，聊他們貧困、粗俗、慣用暴力待人處事的生活，「我們爸媽沒有時間，沒有錢，也沒有慾望。」她們在匱乏的時代和環境中走向不同的路，卻發現並沒有所謂正確的選擇。艾琳娜為跨越階級的出走，能帶給她多大程度的自由？看透物事「外廓消融」的莉拉，為什麼選擇繼續留在困其一生的那不勒斯？ \n那些因性別而存在的相同經驗與處境；我们性格底色上除了個別與生俱來的，也包含被環境規訓好的部分。在看見彼此在父權結構下受的傷外，是否也能避免否定個體的能動性？我們大概只有不斷地閱讀女性，閱讀她們對世界的理解和選擇，才能得此映照出自己的倒影。 \n《那不勒斯》共有四部曲，每一部都對應著角色的人生階段，劃分為童年青春期、青年、中年和壯年四個時期。 \n如果你也閱讀過書寫人生某一階段的女性作品，或是與主題相關的書，非常歡迎帶上你的書一起參與討論。
