Tributaries: Pieces of Us
Textile artist Natalia Tan @natalia_weaves invites participants to transform unwanted fabric scraps into colourful collages paying tribute to the Klang River.
Bring your own fabric scraps, scissors and fabric glue, and create a textile collage that carries your chosen colours, textures and ideas.
As individual collages are stitched together into a single collective artwork, each piece becomes part of a larger whole – a living record of what a community can make when we choose to contribute, connect and transform rather than discard.
No prior experience is needed. Just bring some unwanted fabric, scissors, and fabric glue, and a willingness to turn waste into wonder 💚
All ages are welcome – children under 12 are to be supervised by parents at all times. Relaxed session – feel free to arrive and leave anytime within the session timing.
